Juicy Steak with Feta Topping

Dry Rub:
Rub 4 large Steaks (I only prepare 2) with a mixture 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp kosher salt, & 1 tsp black pepper.  Let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.  Heat grill to high, then cook steaks over direct heat 4-5 mins per side for medium rare.  Let rest 3-5 minutes.  

Topping:
Combine 1 cup crumbled feta, 2 finely sliced scallions; sprinkle over steaks before serving.

I know my pictures aren't the most lovely, but it really does make a delicious dinner!

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
These are truly delicious, especially when they are hot out of the oven!
Ingredient:
2c Bisquick
1/2c  Grated Cheddar Cheese
2/3c Milk
1/4c Butter
1/8 tsp Garlic Salt/Powder
1/4 tsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Mix 2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 cup cheese and 2/3 cup milk together (I always add a little extra cheese!).
Drop golf ball size spoonfuls of dough onto your cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 for 7-10 minutes.

While your biscuits are baking make your butter sauce.
Melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 1/8 tsp. garlic, 1/4 tsp parsley and 1/4 tsp Parmesan.
Then brush over biscuits hot out of the oven.
