Juicy Steak with Feta Topping

Dry Rub:
Rub 4 large Steaks (I only prepare 2) with a mixture 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp kosher salt, & 1 tsp black pepper. Let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Heat grill to high, then cook steaks over direct heat 4-5 mins per side for medium rare. Let rest 3-5 minutes.
Topping:
Combine 1 cup crumbled feta, 2 finely sliced scallions; sprinkle over steaks before serving.
I know my pictures aren't the most lovely, but it really does make a delicious dinner!
